Kona Coffee Farmers Association Board of Directors Meeting
In attendance: Carry over Board Members—Chet Gardiner, Jim Monk, Cea Smith, [Sandra Scarr, Jeanne Kapela not present.] Newly elected Board Members—Barbara Anderson, Colehour Bondera, Bruce Corker, Bill Dwyer, John Koontz, Tom Rayson, and John Zulkowski. Out-going President—Suzanne Shriner
Following the KCFA Annual General Meeting of members, a brief meeting of the Board was held at the Honaunau Rodeo Grounds, called to order at 1:50 pm by Suzanne Shriner for the election of officers for 2020. The following officers were elected:
President—Colehour Bondera
Vice-President—Chet Gardiner
Secretary—Bruce Corker
Treasurer—Jim Monk
The question of place and date of monthly Board meetings was discussed. There was agreement to continue meeting at 2:30 pm on the third Monday of the month at Yano Hall in Captain Cook.
Meeting adjourned at 2:05 pm.
