Post-AGM Board Meeting Minutes
Meeting held at the Honaunau Rodeo Grounds
February 20, 2022
IN ATTENDANCE: Board Members: Barbara Anderson, Colehour Bondera, Bruce Corker, Shamira Linnett, James Monk, Mark Petersen, Suzanne Shriner, Cecelia Smith, Franz Weber, Clare Wilson, Carolyn Witcover, John Zulkowski. Not present: Kay Dixon, Una Greenaway.
Call to Order: 3:40 pm
President Colehour Bondera stated that the purpose of the meeting was for the election of officers for the 2022-2023 year and called for nominations.
Nominated for the office of President were Suzanne Shriner and Colehour Bondera. After the counting of ballots, it was announced that the vote count was 7 votes for Suzanne, 5 votes for Colehour, and 1 abstention and that Suzanne was elected President.
Mark Petersen was nominated for the office of Vice-President and was elected by acclamation.
Cecelia Smith was nominated for the office of Secretary and was elected by acclamation.
James Monk was nominated for the office of Treasurer. Pursuant to by-laws, Section IV.3.2, M/S/C for an exception to the 4-year limit on holding the same office in order for Jim to continue as Treasurer. Jim was then elected by acclamation.
