Member Attendance at Board Meeting - Bruce
Members will be invited to attend monthly BOD meetings as observers. Moved and passed.
AGM Location- to be held at Rodeo Arena. Moved and Passed. To be held January 27.
Yano Hall or CTAHR for Monthly Board Meetings- Yano Hall from 2:30-4. Moved and Passed.
Proposed Bylaw Amendment for AGM- further discussion needed at December BOD

Holualoa Coffee & Art Stroll Wrap-up- Kay noted attendance was low and traffic a problem.
December 12, 2018- Kay suggested meeting at Rocco’s Pizza in Honaunau for BOD + guest only. 4:30pm- all in agreement.
