KCFA will conduct an on-site workshop on cherry processing methods at Cornwell Coffee mill on Old Poi Factory Road on Saturday, September 14 from 9-11. Traditional Kona wet processing with fermentation will be shown, and other processing methods will be discussed. Sun drying and propane drying methods will be demonstrated.
Participation by KCFA members is free of charge. Non-members to pay $20. To reserve a place in the workshop, call Sandra Scarr at 322-9445. Participation is limited to 20.
