The "Buy Coffee" and "Visit & Farm Tours" search engines need replacing. They will link to appropriate static reports for now.
You should log in and check your farm or company information so that your products, information can be accurately reflected in these reports. Please email your friendly VOLUNTEER WEB GURUS if you have any questions or concerns.
Passwords did not make it through the migration.
Go to the Login page and use "Lost Your Password?" to request an email with a password reset link. If you don't receive an email within a reasonable amount of time, that probably means that the email we have in our database for you is no longer active. Email your preferred email to [email protected] and we will update your record and send you a password reset link.
Some data may be missing
Some of the longer Farm and Company field content was truncated during the data conversion process. We still have the original content available so you can choose to have us recover it for you. Email your friendly VOLUNTEER WEB GURUS and we'll see what we can do.
This would be a great opportunity to log in and examine your membership data for accuracy.
Multiple Year Renewals
We're still addressing the issue of implementing multiple year renewals. The new membership system has been setup to renew one year at a time.

Members may have recently received expiration emails in error!
We're tracking this down (7/26/21).
Update (7/27): What we observed doesn't seem to be a permanent issue. But if you receive an expiration email that you think is inappropriately timed, please email your Volunteer Web Gurus and we'll look into it.
