Annual Meeting and Election of Officers-January 8 2016

Mark your Calendars for another great Annual General Membership Meeting at Kahaluu Beach Pavilion, beginning at about 11 am on Friday, January 8th with a great pot luck. More info is available  below here and more will follow! See you then!

KCFA’s Annual General Meeting: The Kona Coffee Farmers Association’s 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be Friday, January 8 at the Kahalu’u Beach Park Pavilion, beginning at 11:15 am.  This will be a potluck luncheon followed by our AGM business meeting.  All KCFA members are encouraged to attend. This is a fine occasion to mingle with your friends and fellow farmers at a great setting with good food. Come and relax at the beach in the cool of the shade. 

The meeting will include reports on KCFA activities and announcements of upcoming events—including the 2016 KCFA Coffee Exposition.  [This year’s “EXPO” will be on Friday, March 18 at Old Airport Park Pavilion.] Business matters will include approval the Minutes of the 2015 AGM  (to review those minutes, click KCFA 2015 AGM Minutes); consideration and vote on three by-law amendments recommended by the KCFA Board (to review the amendments, click HERE), and the election of Directors to serve two-year terms on the KCFA Board.
