Annual General Meeting
Tuesday February 24, 2026 at the Outrigger Kona Resort

Free to members, $75 non-members, including lunch. Become a member today!
Come out, socialize, and learn. All coffee growers and ag community are welcome! The conference will cover many farmer-specific topics as well as a trade show. Make it a staycation with our special Outrigger Hotel rate of $199. Must book by 1/19!
Full agenda in the works, but expect a packed day of speakers on farm and marketing topics as well as a chance to meet with vendors.
General sessions will take place in the Kaleiopapa Conference with lunch provided outside. Vendor displays will be in the hall and lanai . Parking is free for attendees.
The Annual General meeting will follow immediately after the final speaker. We will have updates on board activities, and Board Elections.
