KCFA will conduct an on-site workshop on cherry processing methods at Cornwell Coffee mill on Old Poi Factory Road on Saturday, September 14 from 9-11.  Traditional Kona wet processing with fermentation will be shown, and other processing methods will be discussed.  Sun drying and propane drying methods will be demonstrated.
